Terms
Effective 1 October 2026
These terms cover this website and the Kealink portal. Each customer's service is also covered by a written agreement with us, and where the two differ, the written agreement wins.
1. Who we are
Kealink is run jointly by Kaynan Fusion Ltd and Salix Limited, both New Zealand companies. When these pages say "we" or "us", they mean both companies.
You can reach us at info@salixtech.co.nz or sales@kaynanfusion.com.
2. Monitoring, not control
Kealink shows readings that machines send it and emails alerts about them. It never controls a machine.
Readings and alerts depend on sensors, PLCs, gateways, networks and email, any of which can fail or be late. Do not rely on Kealink as the only protection against injury, damage or a safety or legal requirement. Machine safety systems and alarms must work on their own, whether or not Kealink is running.
3. Accounts
Keep your password and sign-in links to yourself. A customer's administrator is responsible for who they invite, and for removing people who should no longer have access. Machine passwords and API keys are like passwords: if one may have leaked, tell us and we will replace it.
4. Your data
The data your machines send is yours. We use it only to provide Kealink to you, as described on the Privacy page.
5. Fair use
Please do not try to reach parts of the service that are not meant for you, interfere with how it works, send it traffic meant to overload it, or use it to send data that is not yours to send.
6. Responsibility
We work hard to keep Kealink accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every alert will arrive. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand law that cannot be limited by agreement.
7. Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If we change them, we will update this page and the date at the top.
