Machine monitoring

Every machine on your floor, live, in one place

Kealink reads the PLCs you already have and shows whether each machine is running, what it is making and how its readings look, on any screen. When something goes wrong, the right person hears about it.

A Kealink machine page: a CNC machine online, with live spindle temperature, speed, hydraulic pressure and cycle count, and charts of the last 24 hours
A demo machine with simulated readings.

What you see

  • Every machine with its state: running, stopped, or not reporting, and for how long.
  • Live readings with their units: temperatures, pressures, speeds, counts, the program or product running.
  • History from the last hour, reading by reading, to the last year, day by day.
  • Dashboards you design yourself, from a single machine to the whole floor.

Alerts that reach the right person

Set a high or low limit on any reading. When it is crossed, or a machine stops reporting, Kealink emails the people who need to know, and tells them again when it is back to normal. Alerts can also go to Slack or any system that accepts a webhook.

A reading can be required to stay out of range for a few minutes before anyone is told, so a value hovering on a limit is one alert, not an email every 30 seconds.

On the floor and on the phone

Put a dashboard on a TV and it keeps itself up to date, going round your machines or dashboards in turn. Share a read-only link with a customer or a supplier. Everything works on a phone, with nothing to install.

Your company, your portal

Each company gets its own portal with its own name, logo and colour, and sees only its own machines. Viewers see machines and alerts, managers also set limits, and admins also invite people.

Set up by people down the road

Kaynan Fusion connects the machines and supports the hardware on site. Salix builds and runs the software. Both are New Zealand companies, so the people who answer the phone know your kind of plant.

See it live

Two demo sites with simulated machines, running right now. No sign in, nothing to install.

The readings are simulated, but everything you see is the real Kealink portal, updating as the machines run.
