PLC monitoring
From PLC to live dashboard, without touching the program
Kealink reads values from the PLCs you already run and puts them on a live dashboard. It only reads: there is no path back to a machine, so nothing on the portal can start, stop or change one.

How the data gets out
A Kaynan Fusion IoT box on your network runs Node-RED and reads the PLCs over their usual protocols, such as Modbus, OPC UA or Siemens S7. Tell us what you run and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
Already have Node-RED or a gateway? Install the Kealink node for Node-RED and point your values at it, or send them yourself over MQTT or HTTPS.
Secure by design
- Readings travel over MQTT with TLS, or HTTPS.
- Every machine has its own password and can only send data as itself, so one compromised box cannot pose as another.
- Changing a machine's password cuts off the old connection at once.
- Kealink never sends a command to a machine.
When the connection drops
The machine shows as late, then as not reporting, and an alert goes out after a wait you choose. A gateway that keeps readings during the outage can send them later with their own times, and Kealink files them in the right place without raising alerts about the past.
Open to your own systems
Your own software can read machines, readings and alerts back through an API with its own keys. Every reading is kept, and any chart downloads as a spreadsheet.
See it live
Two demo sites with simulated machines, running right now. No sign in, nothing to install.

The readings are simulated, but everything you see is the real Kealink portal, updating as the machines run.
